NO REFUNDS: Each order is customized according to the artwork, size and item color selected by the customer, which is why, other than goods damaged in transit, goods with manufacturing defects, or goods received that are different from the original order, we do not offer refunds (for details please see Return Policy).

EXCHANGES FOR SIZE ONLY: A limit of one exchange for SIZE per item can be made, where the item color and artwork will remain unchanged as per the original order. On exchanges for size, we DO NOT REIMBURSE customers’ shipping fees to return items to us. Please “size” carefully.

CUSTOMER'S RISK: We recognize the risk of an item not fitting falls onto our customers. We deeply apologize. We are hoping we can offset some of the risk by offering:

Once an order is placed, an order-confirmation will be sent via email.

a. Delivery Time and Shipping Fee
Shipping is free of charge and will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step. For most items, the estimated delivery time will be indicated just below the "Add to cart" button in each product. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may add an additional 7 business days. 

b. Uncollected Packages
Please ensure that delivery instructions are to a secure location. ESC is not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

For declined items, that is, refusal to sign or refusal to receive the order at the shipping address on the order, a return charge will apply (charges are subject to change).

c. Customs and Import Fees
Customs and import fees do not apply to orders in the U.S. On orders outside of North America, charges for customs and import fees may apply, and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

d. Package Tracking

Package tracking will be available in the Order Confirmation email.

Most of our shirt styles feature a "straight silhouette," so please ensure the shirt-width matches the widest part of your torso. Please "size" carefully. 

The exchange process must be started within 15 days of receiving goods, by submitting a request to the following link Contact Us. Exchanged goods must be in their original condition and accompanied by their original packaging, tags and packing slip, which can be found accompanying your items and contains details of your order. We will email a PDF of a "return label" its information of which must be attached to the outside of the package. Unidentified returns will not be accepted nor eligible for exchange. The customer is responsible to pay the shipping fee to return the item to us, which will not be reimbursed.

If multiple items from a larger order are being exchanged, we will consolidate the replacement items into a single package and ship them free of charge. Please note that this shipment will occur after 15 days from when the customer received the original order, which follows the expiration of the eligible return period. This delay is to ensure that all items eligible for exchange have been received and can be included in the consolidated shipment.

We reserve the right to substitute the item to be exchanged with one of equal or better quality. Failing that, we will provide a refund of the item’s purchase price.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS

For Faulty items, ESC will issue a full refund that includes the return shipping fee.

Goods are defined as Faulty if they arrive damaged, have a manufacturing defect, or are different from what was ordered originally. Please take photos immediately of the Faulty goods and its packaging if damaged. If the packaging is damaged, do not open package further or use item.

Once we've received the faulty goods and processed the refund, the original payment method used for the purchase will be credited with the refunded amount. Furthermore, we're committed to reimbursing you for the approved portion of the return shipping charge. This reimbursement will be based on standard shipping methods and rates.
